Microsoft Teams is a Digital hub that brings conversations, collaborative planning and education applications together in one place. Teachers can create classrooms, connect in professional learning communities and communicate with colleagues – all from a single experience in Office 365 for free!
Your most efficient class workflow yet!
School Data Sync automatically populates classes with student rosters connected to the school’s information system. Atomwide can support this process by raising a support case.
OneNote Class Notebooks are built into every class, allowing teachers to organize interactive lessons and deliver personalized learning right from Teams.
Apps integrate into the classroom experience, so teachers can quickly access the Office 365 apps they already use – like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner – and customize their classroom with education apps.
End-to-end assignment management in Teams enables teachers to move quickly and effortlessly from creation and distribution to grading and feedback.
Office 365 in the Classroom
You are eligible for Office 365 Education for free, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and now Microsoft Teams, plus additional classroom tools. A support case can be raised with Atomwide to provide you with your own tenancy, including mail migration.

This Toolkit should take under 10 minutes to complete and you’ll be sent a summary of your responses with a unique link that will allow you to revisit and update as your school progresses with cloud implementation.

Improve comprehension and reading Read more effectively with Learning Tools that read text out loud, break words into syllables, and identify parts of speech. Sustain attention with a focus mode and adjustable spacing between lines, letters, and words. Available for OneNote, Word, and Outlook on various devices.
Improve writing quality With Editor, see any misspellings, grammatical mistakes, and writing style issues as you type in Word and Outlook for PCs. Get suggestions for phonetic misspellings, see synonyms alongside suggestions, and have suggestions read out loud to avoid common word choice errors.
Type with confidence Get help constructing sentences with text suggestions. Word suggestions appear, and can be inserted, as you type. It's a great feature for English language learners—and anyone who'd like a little help with their writing.
