LGfL has a specific data processing agreement with Atomwide. The agreement has been drafted specifically to meet the requirements of the GDPR and incorporates clauses that have been recommended for government contracts. The contract replaces the data protection clauses contained in the existing contract between the two companies.

This document sets out the relationship under the GDPR which is that the LGfL is the data processor and the sub processor is Atomwide.

The agreement may be reviewed on each anniversary or if there are substantial changes to data protection law.
