The LGfL 2.0 network provides full quality of service (QoS) functionality enabling the effective delivery of LGfL-wide voice over IP services. Spanning two data centres are the Cisco Unified Communications servers providing core telephony services that are deployable across the entire LGfL 2.0 estate. Deployment and support is centrally managed via the LGfL USO Support Site, with call data being available in near real time.
