This service is provided free to all LGfL 2.0 connected schools.
The LGfL have created a section for teachers to learn and understand about Podcasting and the use of the LGfL Podcasting service.

The LGfL Podcast Service provides a complete web-based environment for hosting, creating and managing podcast channels and episodes. Podcast content can be recorded using a Java applet that is built into the site, or created ‘offline’ using the application of your choice, then uploaded into the system later. The service takes care of all aspects of hosting the podcast channels and content, as well as the generation and ongoing manipulation of the XML code which underlies the technology, making the system simple enough for anyone to use.
