Taking Part: Watching and Asking Questions:

The video conference will be viewable from http://www.deaf.lgfl.net and http://www.hi.lgfl.net. You will only need a computer and internet access to watch the event, but you can watch and ask questions through your video conferencing unit if you have one or can borrow one. Students and teachers will be able to ask questions through text and e-mail on the day if they don’t have video conference units themselves.

We have a limitted number of video conferencing units that CLCs and Secondary schools in London can borrow if they would like to watch the event and communicate with the presenters through video conference. Contact Jo if you would like to borrow one.

Please let Jo ( jo.dilworth@lgfl.org.uk 07976516411) know your IP address or E.164 number so we can invite you in to the conference if you are watching through a video conferencing unit.

If you are school outside London, you can watch the event through computer or video conferencing unit. You may be able to go to a local school, CLC or PDC to watch the event through video conferencing unit if you want to be able to communicate with the presenters through video conference. Please contact Jo if you want to contact your borough or Regional Broadband Consortia to see if this is possible.
