Theme: Storytelling or Did You Know..?

Pupils from different schools will present fictional or non-fictional stories (through role play, song, puppet theatre or other performance) or can teach the other pupils something e.g. like the Bubble Show from Hounslow HIU for those of you who took part on 14th November. One or two Museums will also be involved.

2. "Chickie Lickie" and "Little Red Hen". Storytelling with Puppets supporting the KS1 Science curriculum.

The Natural History Museum

The science themes include VARIATION of SPECIES (Birds - we'll look at some feathers and eggs) . Little Red Hen Story is a good starting point for teachers to pick up on HOW THINGS GROW and FOOD AND WHERE IT COMES FROM.

We at LGFL are building a story travelling machine and would very much like to visit your school in your story. WE are creating a landscape for a story and so are the pupils at Coopers Lane in Lewisham. Can you e-mail us or fax us through your story place? We will describe it for everyone else.
