How to use the Diagnostic Framework

London's Learning is structured around seven key principles that underpin the leadership of professional learning.  For each of these principles there is a Diagnostic Framework that helps a CPD Leader to see whether a school is Emerging, Developing or Establishing itself as a professional learning community.

The Diagnostic Framework supports a CPD leader in analysing, developing and improving any aspect of the school's approach to CPD through the seven principles.
