The school admits children to the Nursery and Reception classes twice yearly.
Children are admitted to the Nursery in the term before their fourth birthday. They have three terms in the Nursery and then move to a Reception class in the term in which they reach their fifth birthday.
All Nursery children attend both the morning and afternoon sessions.
The maximum number in the Nursery is 30.
Making an application
Parents are invited to apply for a place in the school at any time before their child reaches the age when they may join the Nursery or Reception class.
The school prospectus provides basic information about the school. Parents who wish to find out more about the school may ring the school and arrange an appointment with the Headteacher.
Parents may return their application forms by post, or in person to the school office at any time between 09.00 and 16.00 when the school is in session.
It is advisable to visit the school to put your child's name on to the Waiting List for the Nursery after the child has reached his or her first birthday. This does not guarantee a place for either the Nursery or Recetion class, although it does mean that your request will be considered by the governors in accordance with the School's Admission Criteria.
