 Playtime changes at hallfield
There have been some changes at playtime and lunchtime at Hallfield Junior School. The changes were introduced to us on Friday 2nd March to make playtimes and lunchtimes more fun and organised! These are the playground changes: • We have a rota for football and basketball everyday, for example, Monday, football: Year 3, basketball: Year 6. • We are not allowed to bring our own balls to school - balls in any shape and form for our safety. • If anyone uses physical violence in the playground, they will get a playtime and lunchtime ban for a whole week - 10 playtimes (you wouldn’t want that)! We interviewed some children in our school to find out how they feel and how they enjoy the changes.We also got playtime equipment worth £600 thanks to Mr.Mannix and Mrs. Grigg (Deputy Head and Head Teacher). All the children enjoy the equipment and have fun at playtimes and lunchtimes! Our school is now a much happier place!
