Facilities All of the Centre’s networked workstations have a wide range of curriculum-related software as well as industry standard packages such as Microsoft Office, and Macromedia Studio MX 2004, as well as broadband internet access. 
Team Learning: Team Learning has 30 workstations,a Promethean interactive whiteboard and DVD/Video playback facilities.This is the main teaching area, which can accommodate a whole class without the need to share a computer. Art & Design Suite: The Art and Design Room is equipped with 18 workstations, a Promethean interactive whiteboard and DVD/Video playback facilities. This area also has a colour laser printer, scanners and graphics tablets. Workstations have a range of Art and Design related software. Technology Suite: The Technology Room is equipped with Apple G5 workstations for video editing and DVD production. A large range of control and technology equipment including a Roland Camm-1 Pro Vinyl and Card Cutter, complemented by Lego Robolab sets for KS2/3 and Duplo Remote Controlled transportation sets for Foundation/KS1. This provides an amazing resource for schools. Back to top Cyber Space: Cyber Space offers 15 workstations with in an informal ‘café’ setting. It is an ideal space for collaborative group learning around the tables or simply for surfing the net during a break. A rear projection Smartboard is available for presentation and whole class teaching. This area is popular with community groups. Conference Room: The Conference Suite has 10 workstations and a flexible space that can be arranged in boardroom, theatre and other styles. Fitted with digital projection for DVD/Video playback and a Promethean interactive whiteboard it is well equipped for presentations to any audience. Tables can be set up with Apple or PC laptops for group work. Picnic area: To the rear of the building picnic benches can accommodate a full class in fine weather.
