Trade is seen as the most effective way of helping people escape from poverty but the rules of international trade today are very unfair and seem to exploit the less developed countries
Fair Trade is the idea that everybody involved in the trading process (the producers, workers and farmers that make the food we eat and the suppliers that trade within the international market) are able to trade freely, without being treated unfairly.
