Conducting a Fair Vote

After the party presentations there is a vote to decide which issue is the most important: water, health, schools or integrity.
1.Chair thanking the speakers and inviting people to vote.
2.Checking the ballot box is empty to ensure a fair ballot.
3.People voting for which issue is the most important.
4.Collecting the votes, counting and ensuring it is a fair vote.
5.Announcing the election results.
