Lunchtime Arrangements

Pupils are expected to remain on site at lunchtime. Cooked meals are available from the school cafeteria and snacks are available during the morning break. Payment made on a daily basis for items selected from a wide range of hot and cold food. Vegetarian choices are always available. Pupils bringing packed lunch may eat their meals in the drama studio, or, if the weather is fine, outside. For safety's sake drinks in glass bottles should not be brought to school.

The school operates a lunch pass system for pupils who go home to lunch and for Year 11 pupils. Parents who wish their children to go home for lunch are asked to write into the school for a pass to be issued. Passes will only be issued on the understanding that a pupil will go to his or her home for lunch.
