Redbridge-Beijing Links Project

Beijing is to China as London is to the UK - a huge busy city of innovation. Schools in Redbridge have established a partnership with Beijing schools. Teachers from 6 schoolsvisited Beijing in March 2007 to continue their long-term partnership first started in 2005. Through the Specialist Schools Trust we learned about life and education in Beijing from children, teachers and parents. What an opportunity!

This year's exchange visit has extended the relationship between Our schools and their Chinese partner Schools. Chinese hospitality was exceptional. Our teachers  engaged in a wide range of activities in their partner schools from Lesson observations, Joint planning, teaching, blogging and video conferencing. for more information see the study diary 2007.
