Connecting Click To Meet To An External Source

This tutorial is only applicable when the user your are connecting to does not run click to meet and cannot enter the conference via an email link.

Before you start, you will need to know the IP Address of the video conference system you are connecting to.

Make sure you are in a meeting room so you can see a screen like below:

On the toolbar you will see a button called Invite...

Click on this and a popup will appear. From the menu on the left select the Others option to see the screen below.

The person you are connecting to should have supplied you with an IP Address to connect to. Select the Invite a video device by IP Address option as above. Then enter the IP Address you are trying to connect to.

e.g. ip:213.86.42.256 or ip:video2.domain.com
