Talking about the current crisis in the Middle East
The Three Faiths Forum have been busy pulling together ideas about on educating about the current crisis and have produced an educational resource. It does not deal with the details, but what to consider when educating about it and how to create ways to help people really understand the complexity of the situation. The RSPCA education department has a site for primary and secondary teachers, where they can download free resources and order free photopacks. Mainly citizenship and science links - with some ICT and literacy cross-curricular work - hyperlinks to QCA schemes of work, other useful websites, video clips etc.
