October 9th National Poetry Day
We celebrated National Poetry Day at St Helen's and we asked James Carter, an actual poet, to come in and work with us. Here is some of the work that we produced. We're very proud of it. What do you think?
In the beginning the rain fell heavily the lake gone wild it turned into a river then there was a tractor passing by then we went through a tunnel then I plumed into the sea ouch a piranha it bit my button.
