Mr Spiteri and Class 6 did a really interesting assembly on Candlemas.  They told the school community about what happened on Candlemas day and how baby Jesus was presented in the Temple, and Simeon and Anna recognised and gave praise and thanks for the Son of God.  This is one of the few childhood stories of the life of Jesus, so it's a particularly special one.
