Health and Safety

Parents are reminded that school is a smoke free zone and no-one should smoke on the school premises or in the playgrounds. You are asked to comply with the notice on both Junior and Infants gates. Dogs may not be brought onto the playground or any school premises at any time, nor should they be tied up outside by the gates where they can be a nuisance to pupils and adults.

Scooters, tricycles, skateboards, rollerblades etc are not allowed on school premises as they endanger adults and children. They have also proved very dangerous for the riders! Money and items of value should not be brought into school because of the risk of loss or damage. Mobile telephones are not allowed in school apart from exceptional circumstances and then only with the permission of the Headteacher on receipt of an explanatory letter from parents/carers.
