Children are admitted into Nursery in the Autumn term following their third birthday and they attend mornings only. Children are admitted into Reception in the Autumn term following their fourth birthday and attend full time.

Applications for admission to  Reception should be made in January/February of the year that you wish your child to begin school, application packs are issued to the school in early January. Completed forms for entry into the Reception class can either be brought into the school or forwarded to The Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. Parents will be contacted during the Spring term to confirm the availability of places. Applications for admission to Nursery should be made in April/May of the year that you wish your child to begin school. Completed forms for entry into Nursery should be forwarded to the school. Parents will be contacted during the Summer  term to confirm the availability of places. A meeting for all parents with children starting in Nursery and Reception in the Autumn term is usually held towards the end of the previous Summer term.

Admission to Nursery and Reception in the Autumn term is staggered. Initially the children begin school in small groups and attend for half days only. All children will be in school before the October half term with Reception children building up to a full day. Experience has shown us that children settle more easily and more quickly when we use this procedure.

Home Visits

In preparation for your child's entry into Nursery and Reception the school offers all families a home visit. This enables your child to meet the teacher and Nursery nurse in the security of his or her own home. The home visits take place in the first few weeks of the Autumn term.
