Mead Main School

We are a primary school with a current roll of 350 children. The children are divided into 15 classes arranged on an age basis.

We try to keep the classes as small as possible, preferably below 30 per class.

Mead Speech and Language Unit

The unit caters for 20 children of primary age, who have been diagnosed as having severe speech and/or language disorders. They are provided with a specialised teaching environment to cater for their specific needs. There is also a programme of integration into mainstream classes to further assist their all round development.
