For filtering problems and internet supply problems contact your school network manager. Network managers have details for getting support direct from Synetrix, and can call on Derek Biddle for assistance.

Most Harrow schools have usernames created automatically, if staff or pupils need a username, they should approach the school contact or ask the school admin staff to contact Derek Biddle. Accounts are not set up for individuals, or as a result of a direct personal contact.
