Rokesly Infant's School Improvement Plan We would like to share with you our ‘slimmed down’ School Improvement Plan, with our key priorities linked to the Every Child Matters agenda. This broad sweep picture is underpinned by action plans detailing how we shall be achieving this year’s targets. The matrix will be in every classroom & the staffroom, so the whole school community can see our key priorities for the year. This has been a revelation for us. We were determined to make the SIP a valuable working document and we would welcome feedback – preferably positive and definitely constructive!
