Eating 5 fruits and vegetables each day can seem difficult. Which are your favourites? And which are just yuk! (A year of free brussels sprouts for the best answer? Hmmmm......)

Pukka Tukka (click here for leaflet)

A new drive to get Haringey's primary school pupils eating healthier food was launched in September. The Pukka Tukka leaflet sets out the benefits of healthy eating, offers some practical tips for parents and has some tasty recipes. Pukka Tukka is the latest initiative in Haringey’s Healthy Schools Programme which encourages healthier foods at school lunches, breakfast clubs, snacks sold in tuck shops, vending machines and after-school clubs.
