For Harvest, have been learning about saying thank you for all we have. 
We have also been learning about sharing with people in need. 
The school is supporting the BBC Children in Need charity with a sponsor silent reading.

 In KS2

The children performed and read poems about harvest, showing different ways of celebrating harvest.

      

invited a special speaker, Elizabeth Chapman to share with the children how Christians celebrate harvest. 

KS1

The children shared what they are thankful for. 
Some children showed their drawings of their favourite fruites and vegetables. Others shared their thankful poems. We finished the assembly with a talk from Elizabeth and some harvest songs.
