The overall aim of the school is to provide an ordered, caring, stimulating and challenging environment so that the processes of teaching and learning can take place effectively. The curriculum is designed so that all children can achieve and derive enjoyment from their learning.

Each child is expected and encouraged to develop their abilities and talents in the range of opportunities offered to them both inside and outside the classroom environment. Central to the school's aim is the belief that the task of education be a partnership between the school and home.
