1905 - 2005 Centenary Celebrations


The way in which the school buildings have been used has changed in recent years. The Early Years building now contains a special Art Room and a room for computer studies. Year 1 and 2 children come from the main building to that hall for assemblies and P. E., and the smaller children go into the main building for activities too.

This results in a lot of wet, cold children, and it has long been a desire of the staff to provide a covered walkway between them. This has been chosen as our main project for the Centenary, as it will benefit not only the children here today, but also the children of the future.

The other projects we aim to raise money for will improve the playground.

 A new climbing frame A hopscotch court A basketball hoop  

And the first one is now up and running (April 2005) - here are some children playing on it!
