Would you like to make a donation to the Centenary Fund or commemorate your connection to the school? Just print out the Gift Aid form (click here) and send in an envelope marked "The Centenary Fund", Little Ealing Primary School, Weymouth Avenue, Ealing W5 4EA, making cheques payable to LEPS PTFA. Alternatively, you can make a bank payment or standing order into the PTFA's account, using sort code 40 44 39 and account number          51476963 - please do give a payment reference to the Centenary with your name, or the accountants will have a hard time working out where the money has come from and where it should be going!
