Formal Complaintschild colouring

If you have a concern about anything at school, please discuss it first with the Class Teacher and then, if there is still a problem, with the Key Stage Leader or Foundation Stage Leader.

If it concerns behaviour then you should make an appointment to see the Behaviour Manager.

If you are still not satisfied with the outcome then make an appointment to see the Headteacher.

Under Section 23 of the Education Reform Act 1988 you can make a formal complaint to the Governing Body through the Chair of Governors or the Local Authority.
