EMERGENCY CONTACT

Please make sure that you fill in and return the school emergency contact form as soon as possible, so that we can contact you in the event of an emergency, such as your child being ill or hurt.

You can download a copy of the Emergency Contact Form here (pdf version - please fill it in by hand and bring the paper copy to school).

Please also remember to let us know if any details on it change.  Remember - it may be your child who needs you quickly.
