The LA’s Access strategy for the period 2006 -2009 is now available. The document sets out the responsibilities of the Local Authority and schools in relation to the needs of staff, pupils, parents and all those members of the community whose lives are affected by disability. It also describes the actions that the LA proposes to take to work with school towards meeting these responsibilities.
