Camden LA has a duty to work in partnership with its schools to raise standards for all children and young people. This responsibility is discharged through the deployment of school improvement professionals to monitor standards and progress, challenge schools to improve provision and expectations and provide the necessary support, intervening where necessary.
The Link Improvement Partner's role is to help the school's capacity to evaluate its performance and implement change. They do this through the 'single conversation'.
