Slide 1

Personalisation is a concept that is current in all public services, not just education. Personalisation is about raising standards of service and changing the nature of the relationship between service providers and users. The concept is built on the premise that a one-size-fits-all model is not appropriate and that services need to fit users, not users fit services. Personalisation means improving outcomes by improving the users' experience.
