Exemplar whole school curricular targets: English and Mathematics
These materials provide examples of curricular targets for English and mathematics from Reception through to Year 6.

They provide ways of presenting targets to children, questions to support planning, teaching and learning, success criteria and references to resources from the Primary National Strategy that can be used to support teaching.

Year 2 Teachers
The leaflet identifies six curricular targets in literacy and six in mathematics with associated targets for children linked to PNS resources and QCA Leaflets. Also included is a leaflet for parents/carers which outlines the children's targets and suggests activities they can do to support their progress.
