As well as attending governing body meetings, governor will also be expected to join at least one of the following committees (sometimes called 'sub committees') and attend their meetings:
• Finance
• Premises
• Curriculum
• Staffing and Salaries
• Pupil Discipline
Associate Members of Governing Bodies must also belong to at least one Committee.
