SCENES from the OCEAN MATHS Project

Children and parents gather together in the classroom to hear the story of ‘Rosie’s Walk’ before setting off on the Maths Walk.

Clipboards and pens in hand we set off around the block to spot patterns, shapes and numbers.

A fire hydrant pattern with the sign nearby to tell where the water hydrant is located.

Parents help with filling in the ‘maths walk detective’ sheets.

The fox is found near the school gates on our return!

Shapes of signs being pointed out on a poster near a demolition site.
