From the start of July 2009, Early Years Foundation Stage content will be available exclusively via our new web area. Following its launch in November 2008, we have worked hard to ensure that this new web area meets and exceeds the needs of all our users. Over and above the content that you are used to, the web area:
- Brings over 16,000 items of content from over 20 sites into one place
- Provides an advanced search facility and consistent taxonomy to ensure that the latest and most relevant materials are readily available
- Enables users to communicate and share knowledge with their colleagues and more directly with us
You log in here, using your existing username or email address, and your password.
Once logged in you will be able to add more information to your profile by visiting the ‘My Profile’ section. There are a number of benefits that you gain by logging in and building your profile, these include:
- Personalising your home page to filter the information that is presented to you
- Connecting with groups of like-minded people
- Collaborating and sharing ideas and experiences
- Finding out what other people are doing in similar areas to you
- Helping to shape the future work of the National Strategies by providing feedback on content
Be assured that all your favorite content on the EYFS will be transferred across to the new site and will still be available. Please remember to change any favourite pages you may have bookmarked so that they link to the web area.
All users can now view Early Years content here...
