Through our PSHE programme, followed by all boys in the school, our objective is to enable pupils to acquire the qualities, knowledge, understanding, abilities and skills necessary for:

• personal development,
• responsible participation in society.

We aim provide information to our students in a form which they find readily accessible, and enjoyable to use.

Each boy in the School should know

• where the Careers Library is and the resources available there,
• who the Careers staff are,
• what events are in the calendar.

The Careers aspects of the programme are designed to make sure that we reach every boy, raise his awareness of the career options available, and encourage him to broaden his aspirations in the light of developing self-awareness. All students in years 11 will have an individual interview, but we operate an open door policy at all times andaim to be available to any boy or parent who needs help or advice.
