At the beginning of the Upper Sixth year the first priority is to get all the university applications completed. The “Dates & Deadlines” sheet gives a clear picture of the deadlines.

All Upper Sixth students are offered the opportunity to have a practice interview with one of our panel of volunteers. Students applying for Oxbridge, Medical School, or any other course requiring an interview will also have opportunities for further practice in school.

Upper Sixth Form students are warmly invited to come along to the Conversazione in November to follow up their research and discuss gap/sponsorship options.

The students are encouraged to keep staff informed of the progress of their applications, and to discuss any concerns that they might have.

All students and their parents are strongly urged to make sure that they are at home when the examination results are published, and for at least one week after that, just in case there is any need to discuss options at that point. The Careers Department will be open, and a number of other staff will also be available for consultation.
