The Big Day Out comes in two versions - one focussing on London based activities and the national version provides a range of activities from around the British Isles. Activities incorporate Numeracy, Literacy, Geography, Science and History.
Each activity is designed primarily for Key Stage One pupils, and presents a scientific, mathematical, geographical challenge for investigation or exploration. The table below shows the curriculum areas covered by the different activities.
