17-07-2012: LGfL seek examples of innovative practice using LGfL ‘Romans in London’ Resource


Are you studying the Romans in the Autumn Term 2012? Are you planning your own Gladiatorial re enactment at school? Are you exploring your local area for Roman remains based on the online map resource built into the LGfL resource? Have you created your own Gladiator ‘Top Cards’ game activity based on the online resources?

LGfL is looking for innovative use of the ‘Romans in London’ resource to create a range of impact studies to assess the way in which the resource has helped improve attainment and engagement in London Schools.

If you are planning to use the LGfL resource in the Autumn Term 2012 and have some innovative ideas about how you are planning to teach the Romans, please get in touch with Bob Usher, the LGfL Content manager, who would like to hear from you. LGfL is looking to create some new Video case studies showcasing good practice in the use of LGfL online learning resources
