13-06-2012: Start of Year Documentation 2012

The End of Year / Start of Year process for 2012 will remain unchanged from 2011. Last year's process worked without any major issues and schools will have some consistency in the process to rely on.

Key Dates:

Monday 2nd July – MIS Integrations will be disabled
Friday 29th August 2012 – Fronter will archive all the MIS generated rooms using same process as last year. Please note that all rooms may disappear for a short period while this is being completed.
From 1st September - Schools will need to switch their integration back on in Fronter to start importing the new academic year’s data.

Schools wishing to have their integrations disabled earlier or re-activated earlier will need to contact the Fronter help desk to request this.
